Charlie boy is 4 months old and a new resident of Athens! It has been so fun seeing more of his personality come out this past month.
Outings
-Attended first Supper Club at Rachel's
-went to Augusta with daddy for St. Patrick's Day, which was my first day back to work and very emotional!
-Bridget's 1st birthday party
-Houston's as a family for one last dinner
-Pasta Vino for a dinner date with the Duggans
-Bluetop for our going-away party
-First of many walks to Agua Linda from our house
-Bar Bruno date with Kendel
-Welcome party at the Pittards with new Athens friends
Milestones:
-Still smiling all the time and at anyone
-Officially rolling over often- front to back and back to front (officially rolled to his back on 3/22 and then I saw him roll front to back for the first time on 4/16)
-Bats at things and understands toys now... reaches for them and holds on to them
-Rolls to side often
-Dropped the swaddle for naps on 3/22
-Went to The Nest at Peachtree Pres for the first time on 3/27
-Mom went back to work, moved into a new house, and started daycare on 3/31 in Mrs. Andrea's Daydreamers class!
-Drinking 6-8 oz bottles, usually 8, so we are about to drop a feed and move to the 4-6 month schedule on 4/18
-Had his first "cold" after 2nd week of daycare
-Went up to size 2 diapers on April 1st
Notes/things to remember:
-Still very drooly
-Eyes are still dark blue
-Holds hands together across his chest
-Starting to help hold his bottle by putting his hands on it
-Started scrunching his nose occasionally, which is so cute
-Started "playing a game" during his afternoon feed, where he pulls off and looks up at me smiling, and repeats
-"4-month regression" happened 4/6-4/8... mainly just woke at 4-5 and would have to put the paci back in.
Likes:
-Loves his teething mitten toy and holding on to his ball
-Loved watching the Masters on TV
-Loves being held and cuddling
Dislikes:
-Does not like getting in his car seat at first
-Doesn't like to be interrupted during feeds to burp
